TENŌBA Body Care is excited to announce our new Customer Loyalty Program as a way to show our appreciation for our loyal customers! Once you are signed up for our Loyalty Program, you will start to earn points (we call them plants) with every purchase and save money on future orders. The more you spend, the faster you earn Plant Point rewards! Terms and conditions apply. Read below for more details on how it works.

TENŌBA Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions

Sign up for our Loyalty Program today to start earning plants from purchases made on the TENŌBA site, or in person, that lead to big savings on your future orders! Read below to find out how it works.

Signing Up for the TENŌBA Loyalty Program

To sign up for the TENŌBA Loyalty Program and start earning plant points today, please start by signing into your account or creating a new account if you don't already have one; and navigate to the Loyalty Program page in the left menu. You must provide the email address and cell phone number you want associated with the loyalty program. It must be a cell phone number; land line numbers will not work. It’s that easy!

Once you have enrolled in the loyalty program, you will receive a welcome SMS notification with a link to your loyalty status page. From there, you will be able to view your progress, earned rewards, linked payment cards, and activity.

Earning Plant Points

Once you are a Loyalty Program member, you will immediately be eligible to start earning plants on future purchases made through the TENŌBA site or in person. You will earn 1 plant point for every dollar spent either on the TENŌBA site or in person.

Plants earned are calculated based on your order subtotal, minus any applied discounts and Plant Payment credits. These plant points are subject to change, in the event of edited or cancelled orders. Plant points will post to your account when the order is finalized and closed, and will be based on the value of products purchased.

Earning Plant Point Rewards

You will receive 1 plant point for every $1.00 spent on merchandise before taxes and shipping. You will receive a text message to the cell phone number that is linked to your loyalty program account to notify you when Plant Points have been added to your account. Plant Points are redeemable as soon as the following amounts are accrued and posted to your account:

  • Earn 100 plant points and receive 10% off your next purchase

  • Earn 150 plant points and receive 15% off your next purchase

  • Earn 200 plant points and receive 20% off your next purchase

  • Earn 250 plant points and receive 25% off your next purchase

  • Earn 300 plant points and receive 30% off your next purchase

  • Earn 350 plant points and receive 35% off your next purchase

  • Earn 400 plant points and receive 40% off your next purchase

  • Earn 450 plant points and receive 45% off your next purchase

  • Earn 500 plant points and receive 50% off your next purchase

Plant points may be redeemed once you reach the minimum of 100 plant points or you may let them accumulate up to the maximum of 500 plant points. Once you have reached 500 plant points, they must be redeemed. You will not accumulate any additional plant points until you have redeemed the 500 points.

Earning Bonus Plant Points

There are a variety of ways to add Plant Points to your account!

  • Refer New Loyalty Program Members

Refer someone to our loyalty program by sending them a quick email through our form. If they sign up, 5 plant points will be added to your account. You will receive an additional 10 plant points when their first purchase of at least $20 is completed.

  • Join our Email List

Earn 5 plant points when you join our email list either via our website or our email sign-up sheet that’s available during in-person purchases.

  • Follow TENŌBA on Social Media

Start by logging into your social media accounts (Facebook and Instagram) and search for @tenoballc and click the FOLLOW button and LIKE our Facebook page. You can also follow us on Google My Business @tenoballc. If your social media name does not match the name associated with your loyalty program account, please send us a message providing your account name and letting us know that you are following us so that we can apply your plant points. You will earn 5 plant points for each of our social media pages you follow or like!

  • Leave a Positive Review

Earn 10 plant points for each positive review (4 or 5 stars) you leave us on Google My Business, Yellow Pages, or Facebook. If the name on your review does not match the name associated with your loyalty program account, please send us an email at terry@tenobabodycare.com with your account name and a link to the review so that we can review it, respond, and apply your plant points.

Using Plant Point Rewards

If you are making an in-person purchase and have a balance of available redeemable plant points against your account, you will see a REDEEM NOW button on the screen at checkout. You can opt to redeem the points for your discount on that purchase or you can opt to not redeem them and let them accumulate up to the 500 point maximum.

If you are making an online purchase and have a balance of available redeemable plant points against your account, you will receive an email with a unique coupon code that can be used to apply the discount on a future order. You can opt to redeem the points for your discount on next order or you can opt to not redeem them and let them accumulate up to the 500 point maximum. To use the discount code, you will see discount field during the Checkout Process. Simply enter the coupon code in the appropriate field and the discount will be applied. If successful, you will see the discount as a line item in your order total on the Checkout Confirmation screen.

After applying plant points, the amount of new plant points earned on that purchase will be based on the amount of dollars spent after the plant points and any other discounts have been applied but before any applicable taxes or shipping charges.

Reward Expiration

Your plant points will expire one year (12 months) after they have been earned. When plant points are redeemed, the oldest points will be redeemed first. You can monitor and see the status of your plant points by logging into your loyalty profile page and scrolling to the bottom of the Overview tab.

Account Management

Loyalty program members have access to a convenient loyalty profile page through the Loyalty Program section on our website. After going to our website, click on the Loyalty Program link in the left column menu to open the drop-down, once there, click on the Loyalty Profile link. Another page will open where you will click on ENROLL and then enter the cell phone number that’s connected with your account, press ENTER. You will receive a security code via text. Enter the code and press ENTER again to access your loyalty profile page. This page offers two options to help you keep track of your loyalty account. Click on the tabs at the top of the page to toggle between views.

  • Overview Tab

This view provides your current plant point balance for quick reference. You will also see all the different levels of available rewards, available incentives, your activity, and your plant point expiration dates and amounts.

  • Account Tab

This view shows you the credit/debit card that’s linked to your account and your current notifications settings. You have the ability to change this information.

With the Loyalty in Receipts feature, you can also view how many points you have just earned by looking at your receipt once you have made a purchase. You can also click on your personal Loyalty Status page link on your receipt for more information about the loyalty program, including available rewards and historical loyalty activities. NOTE: This feature only works on in-person sales.

Returned and Cancelled Orders

If products from an order are returned, the plant points earned through that order will be revoked, equivalent to the subtotal of returned products at the plant points conversion rate that applied to the order. For example, if $100 worth of products are returned, and you had earned 125 plant points from the total order (at a conversion rate of 1 plant point per dollar), 100 points will be subtracted from your loyalty account.

If the order you are returning had plant points applied to it, the plant points will first be refunded to your account, before your refund amount is calculated.
